A New Dawn for Lebanon: Establishing a National Civilization of Love
At a time when Lebanon is experiencing one of the most severe existential crises in its modern history, a host of men and women of goodwill (scholars, academics, sociologists, economists, specialists in administration and management of, security and safety specialists, magistrates and prosecutors, ecologists, religious and secular leaders, and others) having no other convictions than hope, tolerance and the equality of all human beings as singular members of the same universal family, have taken the initiative to come together and combine their efforts in order to examine the morale, social, economic, civic and more broadly Lebanese disaster.
Having pondered the absurdity of the tragic reality and having concerted on the way to put the country on the rails of redemption, renewal and development motivated by their unshakable faith in the light to come, decided to found the Lebanese Center for Strategic Planning.
Mission
The Lebanese Center for Strategic Planning is intended to draw the roadmap of a project designed for both present and future generations. It draws its legitimacy from the need to "walk together" and to "progress together" in the direction of a "Third Choice", that is, in the direction of the consent required to face the tragic and widespread structural collapse, by defining our Citizen Profile and National Final Goals, by adopting highly ethical, healthy and non-violent means, within the framework of a redemptive strategic vision of Man.
The center’s mission is to address the structural collapse in Lebanon through peaceful and nonviolent means, in order to revive the national spirit to face the deterioration of government institutions and rebuild the State of Justice, of Freedom, and of Democracy according to the international declaration of human rights of the United Nation.
The center aims to promote a culture of human fraternity and dialogue among religions and cultures, as well as supporting the spiritual and humanitarian dimension.
The center also seeks to establish policies that address issues such as poverty, marginalization, and societal disintegration, with a focus on creating inclusive and adaptable policies.

History
Given that the collapse currently experienced by Lebanon has reached unprecedented dimensions, founding Father Wissam Maalouf, deeply convinced of the importance of the human being as an absolute fundamental value, conceived, after much reflection, the idea of establishing the Lebanese Center for Strategic Planning, with a view to expanding the confines of action so as to include the national, the social and the spiritual. Thus, starting from an essential intellectual and spiritual background considered to be both the crowning achievement and the continuation, in continuity, of a long charitable journey, the Lebanese Center for Strategic Planning aims to be an open living space actors of change within the framework of an overall strategic plan.
